This healthy movement is attributed to the unstable stock market exchange situation causing small and large investors to look for other forms of more securely investments. The security is found in the real estate market by offering short and long terms financial freedom and stability.

Financial freedom and stability of the real estate market in the Gulf region was translated to unprecedented increase in the purchasing and selling market of lands, estates and stocks that otherwise were not fully explored. Recent study by a local newspaper in Kuwait indicated that according to financial experts the real estate market from housing to investment to commercial forms is valued at KD 70 billions for the next five years.
